As per the Statute of association the highest instance is Assembly. Assembly is gathered at least once per year or in situation of vital importance whereas Managing board or Chairman of association do not have authorities. Managing board is next instance of the managing structure. Chairman has all the authorities given as per Statute i.e. as per decisions of Managing Board or Assembly.
In this organization there are certain sections existing who have goal of better quality operation and better distribution of activities. Currently activities are done by two sections: Service for helping students with special needs, service for volunteer activities and promotion of voluntarism, section for education, section for audio and written library.Section for helping students with special needs has goal to conduct necessary activities to maximize help (physical, material-finance, educative etc.) to the students with special needs.
Service for volunteer activities and promotion of voluntarism is mainly in charge of activities with a goal to promote voluntarism with goal of helping people with special needs and local communities.
Section for education initiate and organize certain aspects of education in areas: foreign languages, information technologies, sign language, art workshops, project management, young leadership, lobbying etc.
Section for audio and written library has goal to increase amount of literature and record necessary books, lessons, practices and similar, in digital format specially adopted to sight impaired people.
