Mission of PROGRES is to create equal rights and possibilities to study for the persons with disabilities on Bosnia & Herzegovina Universities and in that way impact on improvement in education structure of this population which will surely lead to their better quality involvement in social rounds and actions for improvement of general life condition of the total population of people with disabilities.
